General

Being inferior general trading conditions apply to all contracts, supplies and other achievements. We contradict deviating regulations of the contracting party hereby expressly. All special agreements require the written confirmation on our part. This applies to all orders. Winger Electronics is at any time justified to change or supplement these general trading conditions including all possible plants with an appropriate term of notice. Detailed orders are worked on before after the then still valid old general trading conditions.

Offer

Our offers are noncommittal. At the time of the order the prices specified in the InterNet apply. The indicated prices are end prices, i.e., they contain the valid in each case legal value added tax and other prices + forwarding expenses as evident in the order procedure. Technical changes as well as changes in form, color and/or weight remain reserving in the context of the reasonable one. Are offered in several actions, these are not cumulatable. Contract acceptance

Payment

Guarantee

The present Treaty is subject exclusively to the right of the Federal Republic of Germany.
