Today, we would like to share an important announcement regarding the future direction of our online shop.

In recent years, the complexity of legal requirements and regulations for online retail with consumers (B2C) has significantly increased. To continue ensuring a smooth, efficient, and secure ordering process, we have made a strategic decision.

Effective November 17, 2025, our shop will focus exclusively on business customers (B2B).

This means:

  • From this date forward, orders can only be placed by commercial customers, freelancers, public authorities, and comparable institutions.

  • Existing Customers: Your previous orders and all resulting warranty claims will, of course, remain fully valid and will be handled as usual.

  • Private Customers: We deeply regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to accept orders from private consumers after the deadline.

This step allows us to concentrate more intensely on the specific needs of our business clients and to optimize our processes.
