Dear Customers,

based on a number of concerned enquieries by LED clients, we would like to give you important information regarding the sale of high quality LEDs and LED modules.

At present a number of suppliers (amongst others Ebay) increasingly offer LEDs and LED modules of very low quality, having a failure rate of 30 % already when mounting. It hereby often concerns cheap chips produced in China.

Furthermore, strikingly incorrect specifications are given, e.g. 5mms blue LEDs with 12.000mcd were offered which after remeasurement yielded only a brightness of about 3.000mcd. These suppliers then hide behind the statements of unknown Chinese manufacturers. Because you as a customer in most cases cannot check the LEDs, they feel very certainly in their action.

This is very often the reason why these LEDs and/or LED modules can be offered at dumping prices. Obviously these suppliers are not interested in long-term and good customer relationships, but rather only seek the fast profit.

They do not want to or cannot afford the necessary meassuring technology and are thus not able to guarantee a high quality. It is simply not possible to offer select quality goods for a few cent.

We would like to dissociate ourselves of these dubious actions in due form. We check all offered LEDs regularly with receipt of goods and guarantee the highest quality for you.

At the latetst, if you incorporate these inferior products and subsequently problems appear, the expense of an exchange is often disproportionately large.

Please, pay attention to this when purchasing in the future.

On first sight LEDs may look the same, but the quality of the chips used and the selection of the LEDs is decisive. We do not offer inferior goods that decrease substantially in their luminosity after a relatively short time or likewise assortments in which almost every LED contains a different colour of light or light temperature.

Mainly therein we want and we can set ourselves apart from the competition.
