These LEDs in wide-spread 3mms housing radiate a very bright and glare-free light. They are suitable ideally in the model construction and, e.g., for markings. The data in mcd are lower than with water-clear LEDs, since the light is not bundled up. The brightest chips are used nevertheless as in the water-clear LEDs.
